I get several inquiries on the site somewhere around 30-40 buyers with phone numbers.  Within the site in order to view the properties you have to give your name and phone number within the first click on the site.

I have had a couple inquires that just made me flat out crack up.  One lady called and left me a very upsetting message.  She had actually dropped the “F” Bomb a coulpe times, complaining about how she would never use my site.  She then sent me a disturbing email stating the same thing, that should didnt want to use me or my company.  I simply replied to the email “then don’t”. Come on people doesn’t anyone have anything better to do??

I received another nasty call from another gal today.  Same thing, I told then don’t work with us.  If you don’t want to give us your name and phone number use someone else’s site.
